• Shipments are processed on all business days. •
• The delivery cost for domestic shipments is fixed at €5.90 gross. •
• Customers receive an SMS notification. •
• The courier makes two delivery attempts. •
• If the recipient cannot be contacted, the parcel is sent to a designated DHL ServicePoint, where it awaits pickup for 7 business days. •
• Maximum parcel weight is 30 kg. •
• Free delivery for orders of at least €50.00! •
2. Parcel Lockers (DHL Packstation)
• Shipments are processed on all business days. •
• Self-service parcel pickup points available 24/7. •
• Over 8,000 Packstations across Germany. •
• Maximum parcel weight is 20 kg. •
• The delivery cost for domestic shipments is fixed at €4.90 gross. •
• Customers receive an SMS or email notification. •
• Free delivery for orders of at least €50.00! •
3. Kurier dpd
• Wysyłki realizowane we wszystkie dni robocze •
• Maksymalna waga paczki to 30 kg •
• Koszt dostawy jest stały i wynosi 19 zł brutto (+5 zł za pobraniem) •
• Darmowa dostawa – przy zamówieniu za minimum 199 zł! •
