1. Returns

• Ordered goods can be returned within 14 days of purchase • .

• Items must show no signs of wear and tear •

• The entire amount of the order, i.e. the price of the items and the cost of shipping the order to the customer, will be refunded. •

• Items personalized for a customer cannot be returned •

1.1 HOW TO RETURN GOODS

• To return goods, please download the return form, fill it out legibly and enclose it with the parcel along with the receipt or a copy of the receipt if it was attached •

•  We process refunds to the account indicated in the form, within a maximum of 5 working days from the day we receive the shipment •

• The cost of return shipping is paid by the customer •

2. Complaints

• To complain about the ordered goods due to defects, please contact us by email at: returns@coolfitness.eu, stating the order number, briefly describing the situation and attaching photos showing the damage •

• If the complaint is accepted, we will send you a new product at our expense •

• If you need to send back the advertised goods, the procedure is the same as for the return described in 1. •

• In the event that replacement under the claim is not possible, for example, due to lack of size or design, we will refund the money to the account you indicated •

3. EXCHANGE

• In our store, the exchange consists of returning the goods as described in point 1. and placing a new – separate order •

• If you ordered a product and it turned out to be too small, for example, and you are interested in ordering a larger size, use the return procedure and order the product in the larger size in a separate order – it is not possible to exchange goods within one transaction •

• When ordering a new product, a separate payment must be made •
